Our Clinical Exercise classes (formerly Clinical Pilates) are tailored to your individual needs and goals. They are a fantastic way to get results, including improvements in strength, mobility, flexibility, control and balance.
- All sessions are carried out with our clinic director Ash, who has over 9 years experience teaching Pilates and clinical exercise
- All patients are assessed individually, to allow Ash to prescribe exercises and design sessions based on the needs and goals of that patient
- Choose to attend private one on one sessions, or small group classes to ensure plenty of personal feedback throughout the session.
Based in Woodvale, The Physio Rooms provides services to clients from Woodvale, Kingsley, Madeley, Craigie, Edgewater, Darch, Hocking, Pearsall, Wanneroo and even as far as Two Rocks!
